1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AddWeb.io website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services

AddWeb.io provides custom web development and digital services, including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Online store and e-commerce solutions
• Booking and scheduling systems
• Custom web applications and business tools
• Search engine optimization (SEO) and AI search optimization
• Email marketing setup and automation
• CRM integration and workflow automation
• Hosting, deployment, and ongoing maintenance

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content (text, images, branding assets), and access to any third-party accounts required for the project. Delays caused by late client responses may affect the project timeline. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you provide for inclusion in your project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are outlined in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project. AddWeb.io retains the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary code developed during the project. We also retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party tools, libraries, and services integrated into your project remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets the agreed-upon specifications. All projects include 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes related to the original scope. Beyond this period, additional work is subject to our retainer or hourly rates. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddWeb.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If you terminate a project, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination. AddWeb.io may terminate services if payment is not received or if these terms are violated. Upon termination, we will provide you with all completed work and deliverables paid for to date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Hawaii.
